Moreover, the company has been able to remain one of the world`s leading consumer and corporate brands for more than 130 years. It became Europe`s favorite beer brand - successfully exported to every corner of the world.
We make some plans to attract ladies who were out of our target range before through the analysis of situation factors such as environment analysis, SWOT analysis and Competitors analysis. Based on this analysis, we established a new marketing strategy, focusing on the 4Ps. The examples are a Heieneken party using SNS, a new product Heineken Pink for women to expand the existing target. Finally, we will check our marketing strategies again through the implement plan and evaluation and control.
